Power Outage in Lansing & East Lansing This Morning

A major power outage is affecting Lansing and East Lansing. Traffic lights are malfunctioning on the north side of Lansing and the west side of East Lansing.

It's requested that you treat all non-working traffic lights as a four-way stop.
