Some foods are just born sexy. They have gorgeous colors, shapes and just look good to the eye, making them instantly taste good. Sadly, chili is not that food. Sure, you can dress it up with some nice garnish for color. Maybe a little purple onion, cheddar cheese or a dollop of sour cream, but alone, it’s kind of scary.
Now, take into consideration it’s contents. This particular bowl is filled with ground elk and venison steak that I harvested myself, right here in Michigan! Add in a cold, snowy day and you have culinary beauty. It is now the super model of the soup world!
