I had like a dream day yesterday. It was one of those days where everything seemed to fall into place. It started rough.

My car was bouncing and the check engine light came on. I took the car to Craig at Randall Automotive. He took time out of his ridiculously busy schedule to hook it up to his problem tellin' machine. The problem tellin' contraption wasn't very conclusive so, we determined it could be an issue down the road. More than likely, my gas cap wasn't on tight enough. Either way, Craig and Jason ALWAYS take care of me, they cleared the alarm and sent me on my way.

I decided to see if Bell Tire in Okemos was busy. I just got some tires a few months ago and had a great experience there last time with Dominic. I walk in and Dominic remembered me. Chris, the dude in the picture below, just happened to be wearing a WMMQ shirt I gave him the last time I came in. He also looks great in a kilt and has joined us for St. Patrick's Day parties in the past. Chris took great care of me and warned me of a future issue that may come into play. (Dominic is on the right in the pic below)

I was so grateful the tires were under warranty and the boys took excellent care of me. Only later did I realize, I didn't have a penny in my pocket or credit card in my wallet. I never needed it.

I normally procrastinate until the car breaks down. I have never been treated so good or had the customer service satisfaction I received yesterday from Bell Tire and Randall Automotive. Cars have always been a nightmare for me... Until yesterday.
