(The Six O'Clock Triple Shot is a daily feature of three songs that share a common theme, heard weeknights on 94.9 WMMQ)

Today marks the 42nd Anniversary of the release of The Rolling Stones' Double-LP Exile On Main Street. After shaking free from former manager Allen Klein and starting their own label, the band stashed away numerous tracks from the Sticky Fingers sessions. This is what eventually became the country music influenced four-sided album.

Tonight, three from the album: "Happy", "Rip This Joint", and "Tumbling Dice". It's tonight's Six O'Clock Triple Shot on 94.9 WMMQ!
