Six O’Clock Triple Shot – 7/8/14 Deep Purple Announce North American Tour

News was announced out of Deep Purple camp today. The current incarnation will embark on a North American Tour on August 4, in Scottsdale, AZ. Deep Purple, however, will not be making a Michigan stop, but will be in Windsor, ON on August 21. The band remains quite active, even without founding member Ritchie Blackmore. The upcoming tour will temporarily halt work on a new LP. The band released the critically acclaimed NOW What in 2013, and has been touring Europe in support of it all ready in 2014.
