Tonight, it's another Rock 'n' Roll birthday we commemorate, as Deep Purple's Ian Gillan turns 69. The band has been busy, despite the numerous lineup changes they've endured throughout history. They released a studio album in Spring 2013 called Now What? It took a few months...15 to be exact, before hitting the U.S. tour circuit. The current series of shows is due to wrap up this week. The band is also hard at work on recording a follow up to Now What.
