Tonight, we celebrate a birthday in Rock 'n' Roll. Tommy Shaw turns 61 today. Shaw, most notably known as a founding and current member of Styx, remains busy touring with the band's current line up. Styx is currently running the circuit with Foreigner and Don Felder. According to reports, the artists are all keeping it loose on the road. Members of Foreigner, dressed in drag, decided to join Styx on stage earlier this week in Iowa. The current tour with Foreigner has dates booked through December 6, when the bands are scheduled to wrap the tour in Windsor.

Tonight, we hear three from Tommy...with Styx and Damn Yankees.Tune in for Styx songs "Snowblind" (lead vocals split with James "JY" Young), and "Crystal Ball". "Come Again" from his Damn Yankees days rounds out tonight's Six O'Clock Triple Shot on 94.9 WMMQ!
