South Lansing “Free Toys”

Saw this parked on the northwest corner of Jolly and Aurelius in Lansing this past Friday. Wasn't sure if it was a 'candid camera' moment to see who might respond to a hand-painted "Free Toys" sign in the parking lot of a vacant building - maybe I'm paranoid (a little), but it smelled like a trap to me!
