Lose a few games, have a not so great season, and the first thing a lot of fans holler about their team's coaching staff is...

"Off with  their heads..."

Okay, maybe they don't say that (and if they did they'd have to be avoided because they're pretty hardcore) but fans will begin to chatter that the issue is team management and that management needs to change. It's no different for the Spartans.

Fans have been weighing in about what MSU should do, including fire some people. However that didn't happen as Head Coach Mark Dantonio related in today's press conference.

According to WILX-TV, Coach said that there are several moves that are happening, but nobody is getting fired...and no heads are going to roll.

Hey, there's something to be said about a guy who's loyal to his staff...even though some people may have a different perspective formed while enjoying the view from the comfortable confines of their armchair.
