A suspect is in custody after a string of car thefts that started in Midland and ended in East Lansing. According to this article at mlive.com, East Lansing Police had to use a taser to subdue the suspect after he attempted to steal a running car at Domino's Pizza on Harrison Road.

According to the story, the suspect allegedly started a spree by stealing a car in Midland. After driving to Perry, the suspect stole anot her ride that was occupied by an elderly lady who was safely released. That led to the incident in the Domino's lot.

Two officers were injured in the arrest but did not require hospital attention. No victims were injured.
