Study Shows That Michiganders Abuse Heroin More Than Anything Else

WILX.com published findings from Detox.net that shows that the most abused illicit substance in Michigan is heroin.

The website compared statistics based on Federal crime sentences of all kinds. But, in Michigan, 20 percent of all crime offenses are drug-related, most commonly, heroin-related.

Across the U.S., methamphetamine is the most common drug among drug offenses, topping the list in 29 states.
