Increasingly, we're learning the cost of the game of football on its players, at all levels.

PBS.org reports that recent studies have shown that 96 percent of NFL players examined and 79 percent of all football players (from high school through the NFL) have 'chronic traumatic encephalopathy', or CTE. It's believed that this disease, which can lead to memory loss, dementia and depression is caused by repetitive head trauma.
