The Bandit Rides Again!

While looking for a parking space the other night, I about made my new bride jump out of her skin! The shrill of girl squeals coming from me in the driver's seat was caused by what appeared to be a brand new Trans Am! Beautiful and black with the same majestic logo that adorned the hood. The fiery phoenix emblazoned in gold was all too familiar from days gone by.

Then, after my moments of giddy excitement, I realized that a Pontiac has not left the production line since 2010! So it appears someone has gone and converted there Camaro with the help of Trans AM Worldwide. A company that offers kits to convert your car to several modern versions of 70's muscle cars gone by.

Hopefully, we'll just see the cars and Hollywood will keep their unimaginative fingers off of the Smokey and the Bandit franchise! I can only imagine Robert Downey Jr. as the Bandit and Will Farrell as the Snowman! Then again.....
