The Best Damn Cheese Curds Made Right Here in Michigan
Ron from the Cambridge Cheese Company stopped in for us to sample some Michigan made cheese curds. I have talked about how much I love them and Ron said, "one day, I will bring you the best cheese curds you have ever had."
He dropped off a plate full of samples. After he left, Deb, Duran and I split it all up. I got the bacon, smoked ranch and plain.
When we had our family camping trip at Bruin Lake, my brother, sisters, parents and entire family get together. For the dinner, we are supposed to bring a dish to pass... There is a long story behind that. The short version is, we didn't have a chance to grab our dish to pass. So, I grabbed some cheese to cover the dish.
Needless to say, the curds were a big hit. Even my baby Nugget was eating some plain curds with her lunch. No one seemed to notice, I didn't bring anything else.
