The Best Place to Hike to Experience Pure Michigan

My wife and I love the Michigan north. We are Fudgies and have no problem admitting that. We love to go to Frankfort but have noticed the good feeling you experience the first time you go there, isn't there when you return. So, we are trying to embrace new experiences to get those first time feelings back.

A few years ago, we did the Sleeping Bear Sand Dune climb and made it to Lake Michigan. It was almost like a vision quest with magnificent desolation.
