US 127 Through Lansing Will Be Closed This Weekend

127 NB at Trowbridge

Weather permitting, MDOT will begin a concrete joint repair construction project on northbound US 127 between 496 and Lake Lansing Road at 9 PM Friday, August 11, 2017, continuing through 7 AM Monday, August 14, 2017.
MDOT says that “when northbound US-127 is closed, the detour will direct motorists to westbound I-496 to northbound I-96, to eastbound I-69, back to northbound US-127.
Access from eastbound I-496 and from the Trowbridge Road ramp, will be maintained using Homer Street and the Kalamazoo Street exit.
Access from the M-43 (Grand River Avenue) ramp will be maintained using the auxiliary lane of northbound US-127.”
