An unsightly scene greeted residents of a Delta Township subdivision Wednesday morning. The Lansing State Journal is reporting that vandals struck numerous properties near Nixon Road and St. Joe Highway, spray painting messages of hate and intolerance on everything from houses to garage doors and vehicles.

The graffiti included numerous messages of hate both racially and sexually insensitive in nature, pictures of hooded K.K.K. klansmen, swastikas, and other offensive references. According to the LSJ report, Eaton County Sheriff's Office had received more than a dozen separate reports of property damage. If you have any information, contact Deputy John Davidson at 517-816-8209.
