Video Surfaces of Ingham County Court Attack

Video has surfaced of Tuesday's courtroom attack in Lansing. The Lansing State Journal has released courtroom security video footage of 35-year-old Joshua Harding attacking Assistant Ingham County Prosecutor Jonathan Roth with what police describe as a shank.

Harding injured an Ingham County deputy who stepped in to interrupt the attack. He was also found guilty on sexual assault charges. He was awaiting his verdict when he attacked Roth. Charges in the attack are expected to be brought against Harding in the attack next week.
