Waverly Golf Course Close to Sold

MLive.com reports that the former Waverly Golf Course on the west side of Lansing will soon be sold to a Livonia developer for about $5.8 million dollars.

The 120 acre story property has been sitting idle since the city closed it down in 2007 and if the Lansing City Council approves the sale, it looks like there will be a new retail property on the site which will include residential space.
