Wednesday WTF? NHL Player Takes Shot at Official

Some people just have a problem with authority. Some people lash out at the wrong person. Some people don't make the best decisions in the heat of the moment.

Valentine's Day in Minnesota featured a hockey game between the Anaheim Ducks and the Minnesota Wild. There was no love between Ducks forward Antoine Vermette and a linesman. Apparently he didn't like the way he dropped the puck.

It's one of the more obvious "ABUSE OF OFFICIALS" calls I have ever seen. It didn't hurt the Ducks though, they still won 1-0. Vermette faces a suspension.
