Once we navigate today's snow, freezing drizzle, rain/snow combo that changes to rain today with temperatures reaching the low 40s, we'll have high winds descend upon us this afternoon.

NOAA predicts here that the winds will be in the teens to mid-20 MPH, gusting to around 35 MPH for the afternoon.

The National Weather Service has a High Wind Watch in place for Ingham and surrounding counties from 6 PM today through 4 AM tomorrow. They're warning that winds could be steady at 40 MPH, with gusts of 50 to 60 MPH. Get more details on that here.
