Finally made it to the gym today -- first time in 'the new year'.  Simple goal:  30 minutes on the treadmill.  I haven't actually 'ran' in a couple of months, so I didn't know how I'd do.  Managed to actually job for 15 minutes straight before walking -- finished about 2.3 miles in 30 minutes.  Next time I'll take a pic of my actual results - duh!
