Memorial Day is coming up on Monday, May 29, 2023. What types of plans do you have for Memorial Day and the three day weekend? Hopefully it includes some reflection on the men and women that gave their lives to protect the freedoms that we enjoy as Americans.

Some folks think that Memorial Day is the unofficial start to summer, it's the day the pool gets opened up and it's one of the biggest BBQ days of the year. While some of these things might be true, the reason we have Memorial Day is to pay our respects.

Enjoying time with the family and taking advantage of the nice weather gives all of us a nice break at the end of May.
