Spring is on the way and that means it's time to get out and explore. Boredom sets in every winter in Michigan but there's plenty of fun things to look forward to. If you're bored in Lansing, that's on you. Check out twenty different things you can do in and around Lansing to ease your boredom.
I use my FB page to get suggestions about different things when I write these articles. Once again you showed up with some awesome ideas. The comedic side shines through sometimes with some hillarious answers. One of my favorite answers that made me laugh out loud was "steal catalytic converters". This has been a real problem in mid Michigan, I don't suggest you do that to "kill time". Thanks for the laugh though.
I get it, sometimes we can't see the forrest for the trees. Although I've lived in Lansing for 27 years I feel like I'm painted into the corner sometimes. I'm not alone. Sometimes if we take a step back we can come up with fun ideas to "kill time". I've been guilty many times of saying "there's nothing to do, I'm bored" but at the end of the day I'm just mailing it in and not putting forth the effort to appreciate what I have around me in my community.
