$500 Reward for Lansing ‘Person’ Who Threw Puppy in Dumpster

Yesterday morning around 11:00, Ingham County Animal Control found this two month old puppy in a hot dumpster behind an apartment building at Jolly and MLK in south Lansing.

Despite being overheated, the poor thing was OK after drinking a lot of water.

There's a $500 reward offered for information leading to the arrest of the individual who could just toss a puppy into the trash. Appalling.
