Bay City Man Shoots Cougar in UP, Charges Follow

Mlive reports that back in December, 42 year old Troy Richard of Bay City was in the UP with his son and father when he spotted a cougar stalking his 68 year old father, who was unarmed as he walked towards his deer blind.  Read here about what happened after that.
