I love this time of year. The Christmas spirit is alive and well in me. Getting the Christmas tree up, decorating the exterior of our home, decorating the inside of our home and all that goes into it is fun for me.

Traditionally I like to have the Christmas tree up before Thanksgiving. The reason I do that is because I LOVE CHRISTMAS. The sooner I can harvest my Christmas spirit, the better. Our kids are always itching to put up all the garb. We work as a family so it isn't too time-consuming while we create memories together as a fam.

I am a "classic Christmas" kind of guy. We tend to decorate our home as if it were set in a classic Christmas movie like "It's a Wonderful Life" or "White Christmas".
