CBD Oil Officially Classified In Michigan As Medical Marijuana

WILX.com reports that The Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs has officially classified oil-based extract from marijuana under state medical marijuana laws.

The move was made on Thursday. Now, CBD oil will be treated the same as other forms of medical marijuana. CBD oil is derived from pot plants, but does not have the psychoactive tendencies that allow users of other forms of marijuana to get high.
