Chuck Norris WROTE THE BOOK on Winning Tournament Karate — Really!

Check out this little gem My Honey found at an estate sale over the weekend!  What a sweet man to bring this home to me.  And really, who could walk away from "How to Win Tournament Karate" written by Chuck Norris, published in 1975?  After I made the foolish mistake of walking away from Peter Frampton's "I'm In You" on vinyl at the Goodwill in DeWitt last year, I have learned my lesson on such opportunities.
