Clara's Restaurant on Michigan Avenue was a Lansing landmark from 1978 through this past June, when the Jubeck family opted to sell the 6,000 square foot property and close the business.

The Gillespie Group bought the former train station and today they will sell off the 30-some Tiffany lamps that adorned the restaurant. They will also be giving away some of the furniture this afternoon and the next couple of days. The Lansing State Journal has all the details here.

As for the haunted part, I was looking for a picture of the restaurant, and happened to find this video that ponders whether the building which opened for business in 1903 is haunted.
