Comcast Customer Service Strikes Again

Once upon a time, Mrs. Pants had a special name for me saved on her email list. One day, she sent out a message to some people and my special name showed up on the list of every person she sent the email to. I still haven't heard the end of it and I didn't make her call me that. Something like "Big Rooster man" was what she called me.

The employees in the Comcast billing department have some special names for their customers and sent them bills with their special names on them. The first was Assh--e Brown. This time around, they sent a bill to "Super Bitch." Click here for the full story.
