Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan said to get Detroit back on its feet, the city has to do broader testing. This according to Fox 2 Detroit. That means getting more testing available in the city. Including testing for the essential workers of Detroit. Test priority will still be given first to people with symptoms but he wants Detroit City workers who are still working to be tested as well as the essential businesses and their employees. From what I hear, the coronavirus test is very unpleasant. Kind of like a lobotomy with a big cotton swab.

Duggan also said the city is assisting the nursing homes in the city by handing out personal protection equipment to the employees. They hope to stop the spread at the 26 nursing homes that have been hit hard by the virus. They say around 30 percent of the people are testing positive. Click here to see the full story.
