Downtown Lansing Washington Square Closing Today

You're got new options this week if you'd like to get a birds-eye view of downtown Lansing.

The social group Lansing 5:01 is offering the "Roof Top Hop", which is a chance to hang out on the roofs of a handful of buildings this evening. You can register for the free event here, and get more details on the whens and wheres.

Not only can you hang out on the top of buildings this Thursday night, but you also have the option of paying $10 to take a 300-foot long Zipline from the corner of Washington Square and Ottawa in Downtown Lansing. The Zipline rides will be rolling from 5-9 PM and all you need to do is show up at the corner of Washington and Ottawa to sign up for your time to 'ride the sky' over Lansing.
