East Lansing Skyline Looks Dramatically Different Today

The intersection of Grand River and Abbot in East Lansing got a long overdue makeover this past weekend, which did slow traffic a bit through downtown and mesmerize passersby.

The latest development plan fell apart, so for now the lot will be empty once they clear the debris.
