Former Saginaw HS, Michigan State, and Detroit Lions wide receiver Charles Rogers (pictured) has passed away at the age of 38.  The Detroit Free Press is reporting as much on Monday morning.

Rogers was the Lions first round pick out of MSU in 2003, he was with the Lions through the 2005 season and played in only 15 games in a Lions uniform.

He was a high school All-American out of Saginaw High School in 1999 before attending Michigan State from 2000-02.
