Governor Announces 12 New Cases of COVID-19

"Take this seriously," said Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer. She announced a few hours ago there were 12 new cases of COVID-19 or the Novel Coronavirus here in Michigan. As of the publication of this article, the total number of people infected in our state has grown to 45. Click here to see the full story. 

Is there reason to panic? Absolutely not. Is it time to start planning for a few weeks hunkered down at home? Likely according to Dr. Anthony Faici, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. He even said the worst is yet to come. Click here to see all the sunshine.

I am not going to tell anyone what to do, but I will be practicing social distancing. That means I'll just spend more time on social media sharing pictures of my daughter with Down Syndrome.
