A few of the schools in the Lansing area have already announced their plans on either going online or returning in-class instruction to schools.

Grand Ledge schools let everyone know that they will be announcing their plans for re-opening on Monday, August 3rd.

So far, the district has received over 3,500 responses from parents for the upcoming year in Grand Ledge.

“Our recommendation will emphasize the health and safety of all students and staff, and will be focused on providing a student-centered education for all students.” Steven Gabriel, assistant superintedent said in a statment to WILX.

This plan for the school year will then be presented to the Grand Ledge Public School's Board of Education for approval.
