Have a Night Out at the Movies on Us
This is the time of the year when studios release all of their big movies as well as their Oscar hopeful movies, so it's the perfect time to go and see some of them. Frozen 2 will probably be the biggest movie of the year since it has broken tons of records, and most fans that have seen it already have been going for another viewing. If you've already seen Frozen 2 and are looking for something new, we wanted to give you some suggestions and the chance to see that movie on our dime. All you have to do is sign up at the end of the post for your chance to win a gift card and tickets to NCG Eastwood Cinema.
Let's start with the big blockbusters coming out. First Cats the Broadway show that is now a movie has a huge cast, and even though some people aren't to happy with seeing people as cats, it should still be a huge hit (out December 20th). Next, this is the movie that most people have been waiting for: Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. I have a feeling this is going to be the #1 movie of the weekend when it comes out (December 20th), and with the Disney+ show about Star Wars out now, even more people will be wanting to see it. Another big blockbuster that is coming out for the kids is Spies in Disguise, which is out on Christmas.
Next, the Oscar nominated movies that will be coming out soon will mostly be in theaters around Christmas, so if you are one of the people who likes to see all of the Oscar nominees, then these might be for you. First, the movie that has gotten tons of great reviews and actually is the front runner for a few Oscars already is the War movie 1917. 1917 looks fantastic by the trailer, and it should be the action-adventure-war movie for fans of any of those genres. Next, Little Women is out also on Christmas and it has a great cast. It will be looking to get some Oscar nominations because of that cast, plus it's been a while since someone made a movie based on this classic book.
