Here’s Why You Might See People Putting Up Halloween Decorations Today
Lots of people are coming up with some unique ideas to try and still have some fun while we all try and get through this Coronavirus pandemic. We've already talked about people putting up teddy bears in their windows so that when people walk through their neighborhoods they can pretend that they're going on a "bear hunt". There's also many people that have put up Christmas lights, put up rainbows in their windows and there's been a lot of sidewalk chalk "chats" these days.
Since today is March 31st, a new trend that's going around on social media is "Quarantine-O-Ween". So, don't be surprised if you see people putting up Halloween decorations today, or people that might be dressed in Halloween costumes. If you decide to participate in "Quarantine-O-Ween", there's a hashtag that you can use to share your photos online--it's #quarantineoween.
