Holt HS Students Play Santa for Elementary Kids

The Holt High School Class of 2019 will hold their '5th Annual Senior Santas' project tomorrow night at the Target store on Edgewood Boulevard in Lansing.

Organizers are asking you are asked to stop by the south Lansing Target  Between 6:30-8:30 PM to purchase a gift, then hand it over to a Senior Santa, who will help a younger kid to have a happier Christmas. Sometimes, it's just nice to know that someone else cares.

You can do your holiday shopping and give back to the community at the same time. The gifts collected tomorrow night at Target in south Lansing will be distributed to Holt Public school students. In the five years of the program, over a thousand gifts were given to kids in the district.

If you've ever had a 'light' Christmas as a kid, you can likely relate to what it's like when times are tight at your house.
