I get up around 4:20am everyday. I try to get to bed around 9pm every night. If I get any less sleep than that, it's hard to get up and try to be entertaining.

I once read Bob Costas said you needed at least 6 hours of sleep a night to keep your wits about you. He is 65 and looks like he is in his 40's. I was always curious what amount people could function on. He has helped host 12 Olympic games... He knows a thing or 2 about sleeping in every area code.
