I'm sure you may have had a bad date at one time or at least know someone who has.

Perhaps you have been stood up for a date or it was you that stood someone up.

One thing is for sure, you probably didn't take the other person to court because you were unhappy with a date or being stood up.

Short claims that Jordan didn't show up for their date and deliberately did so because it was on the day her mother had died hence giving her emotional distress.

I watched the video of this case and have never seen such disrespect for a judge and was really surprised short was not arrested for talking over Judge Herman Marable Jr.

I have to admit that Judge Marable Jr. has more patience than any other judge I have ever seen. Short just talks over everything he tried to say to Short. The judge tried to explain that Jordan did not commit perjury because he was not under oath in court he just didn't show up for a date.

Short would have anything to do with listening to the judge. Meanwhile, the only words Jordan got into the conversation as he thought this was a waste of the court's time being sued for $10,000 because of a bad date.

Judge Marable Jr. has now transferred the case to civil court so Short will have another day in court, but odds are the next judge will not have the same patience

All I know is, that this was one of the funniest court cases I have ever seen and you can see the whole thing in the video below.
