Pricey Bites: This is Michigan’s Most Expensive Restaurant
Really looking to treat yourself? While Michigan offers plenty of dining options, one Michigan restaurant has been declared the most expensive in the state.
This particular joint has also been named the best steakhouse in Michigan.

Foodie publication Lovefood.com sought to find the priciest eateries in each state that are "genuinely worth a blowout."
Their pick for Michigan?
Michigan's Most Expensive Restaurant
Lovefood.com has Prime + Proper in Detroit Michigan's priciest eatery.
The restaurant is located in the historic the Capitol Park Loft building that was built in 1912.

Prime + Proper describes itself as a "modern interpretation of the classic American Steakhouse" that provides "a truly remarkable experience through enlightened hospitality, premier product, and unrivaled attention to detail".
On the menu you'll find USDA Prime Steaks that are aged in house, including Porterhouse, New York Strip, Filet Mignon, and Tomahawk Ribeye. There's also a selection of rarer cuts like Japanese Craft A5 Wagyu and a Whiskey Aged Cowboy Ribeye.
Of its Japanese Craft A5 Wagyu, Prime + Proper proudly declares "There is no better piece of meat in Detroit."
Other items include Lobster Tail, a Raw Bar, Snapper, Scallops, Whole Fried Chicken, King Salmon, Wood-Fired Branzino, and Colossal Prawns.
Prime + Proper also offers a raw bar and caviar service.
For sides choose from Asparagus, Wood-Fired Broccolini, Carrots, Grilled Mushrooms, Ricotta Gnocchi, King Crab Au Gratin Potatoes, Beef Fat Marble Potatoes, and more.

Prices at Prime + Proper Detroit
As with most high-end eateries, you're not going to find prices listed at Prime + Proper.
However, according to Lovefood.com the 12oz Wagyu Strip Steak and the 32oz Porterhouse will each run you $200.
