Technically speaking former coach Wayne Fontes has the winningest Lions record of all time but I bet one day Coach Campbell will hold that record, too.

One reason that I believe Coach Campbell is the best is his amazing way with words as seen in the video below.

Coach Campbell recently shared some more inspiring words at a Lions press conference as he honored Mike O'Hara, who had covered the team since 1977.

O'Hara announced his retirement after a career spanning nearly 50 years, with the majority of it spent covering the Lions for the Detroit News.

Mike O'Hara began his journalism career as a "copy boy" at the Detroit News before transitioning to a beat writer role, covering the Lions for over four decades.

During his time with the team, he witnessed only three playoff wins by the Lions, two of them which occurred in the past year.

In a heartwarming gesture, Dan Campbell took the opportunity to honor O'Hara during a press conference.

He acknowledged his remarkable career and the impact he had on Lions coverage as well as thanking him for his service to our country.

I wish Mike O'Hara was able to see the Lions win a Super Bowl in his final season with the team, but I've got a feeling that he will have that chance in the coming years.
