Now’s The Time To Name Your Own Fudge On Mackinac Island

Mackinac Island is one of Michigan's biggest tourist destinations, and it's easy to see why. It's beautiful, secluded, and unlike anywhere else in the mitten state.

And one of the other things they're known for is their incredible fudge

(It's okay to drool, I'm not here to judge you)

And if you're a chocolate fan girl (or boy) like me, it would truly be an honor to get a fudge named after you.

Okay, maybe with this contest the fudge you won't win if it's just NAMED after you, but you do have your chance to leave your impact on the Mackinac fudge scene.

5 different Mackinac Island fudge shops are joining together to hold a contest to let you name a fudge flavor.

And before you start panicking that you don't know how to make fudge or that you don't know what flavors to pick- you don't have to! They plan to take the names that win and create a fudge based on their winning names. You just have to come up with the creative title to start!

It sounds like a great way to have your legacy left in chocolate

If you're interested in entering the contest, you have until August 10th to get your creative name into the running. And all you have to do is sign up on their website and you're in! And if you do win, you'll get some of the fudge you named to keep.
