Popular Food website, Taste of Home came out with a list of the best BBQ joints in each state and when it comes to Michigan there's a good chance that you might have heard of it before.

Taste of Home said that Slows Bar BQ in Detroit is Michigan's best BBQ joint
Slows Bar BQ offers a little bit of everything, including brisket, ribs, pulled pork, smoked turkey and jambalaya. They have several noteworthy sandwiches, the best of which might be the Triple Threat, consisting of generous portions of applewood smoked bacon, pulled pork and ham.
I've been to Slows Bar BQ in Detroit and also checked out their Grand Rapids location before it recently closed.
Two of my favorite thing I had was the Ribs and the Mac & Cheese.
