Now, I know what you're thinking... you've never seen the birthday cake on the McDonald's menu when you've gone to the fast food chain. So, am I pulling your leg?

Well, no. But there is a heavy maybe on whether your local McDonald's has a Ronald Birthday cake though.

Believe it or not, too, they actually have the health facts and a picture of their infamous cake on their website... the only problem is, there's no cost, nor a way to order it straight from the website.

If It's Not Displayed On The Menu - How Do I Get It?

It's hard to say which McDonald's may or may not actually carry this cake, as it is up to the local management on whether or not they decide to carry the infamous cake. The best way to figure it out is to call ahead.

But, that begs the question. If they're not selling these cakes, why are they just sitting in the back available?

Some employees who work at McDonalds, admit that they sometimes get brought out to celebrate special occasions/birthdays at the McDonald's stores.

You can also sometimes ask for it for birthdays as well. But, be prepared to drop $9 on it.
