East Lansing is set to get yet another new business, and this one is going to be absolutely sweet when it gets here.

Lansing and East Lansing Restaurants

The greater Lansing area has seen incredible growth when it comes to new eateries opening in the area. Now we have another one we can add to the ever-growing list.

East Lansing will soon welcome a new dessert shop called Eiffel Waffle.

What Is Eiffel Waffle?

Eiffel Waffle is a dessert chain that serves up bubble waffles, ice cream, shakes, decadently-topped mini pancakes and so much more.

Bring your sweet tooth—these treats look seriously indulgent.

When Will Eiffel Waffle Open in East Lansing?

Eiffel Waffle made the announcement about the opening of the East Lansing location back in February this year. Now, it looks like they're working on the inside of the building to get it finished up.

At this time there is no exact word on when Eiffel Waffle anticipates opening, just signage on the window of the building that reads "coming soon".

If you'd like to make a little road trip to try it out, you can travel to one of the many locations throughout Illinois (where this business got its start) or to Fishers, Indiana. It might be worth the road trip, as Eiffel Waffle has been featured on NBC, WGN, Chicago's Best Magazine and in the Chicago Tribune.
