It's one of my absolute favorite times of the year: Girl Scout Cookie season!

What Makes Girl Scout Cookies Special

I mean, who doesn't love a good cookie? And Girl Scout cookie season brings plenty of them. Plus, by purchasing a box of Girl Scout cookies you're also helping young girls learn goal setting, money management, people skills, and more.

I'm very much looking forward to supporting these young entrepreneurs this season. Especially because I learned that there's a new cookie to try!

Meet the New Exploremores Cookie

The Exploremores are the new cookie for the 2026 season and it's a cookie that takes its inspiration from Rocky Road ice cream; it has a chocolate cookie with marshmallow and toasted almond creme in the middle.

I don't know if the Exploremores will ever be on the level of popularity of the Tagalong or the Thin Mint, but I'm excited to give this new cookie a try.
