Downtown Lansing is temporarily turning into Scranton, Pennsylvania later this month. Figuratively speaking, of course, because a member of The Office is coming to town!

The Lansing Lugnuts Are Bringing Sitcom Night to Jackson Field

The Office is a mockumentary-style sitcom that follows the working lives of the employees at Dunder Mifflin, a paper company in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The show ran from 2005 to 2013 and has turned into a cult classic since then. That's what makes The Office a perfect addition to the Lansing Lugnuts and Sitcom Night!

The Lansing Lugnuts are professionals at throwing theme nights throughout the season. Some of the coolest ones this season include Star Wars Night, Harry Potter Night, and Barbie Night. Add to that list Sitcom Night.

Kate Flannery From The Office Is Coming to Lansing

Sitcom Night is on Friday, July 24 at Jackson Field. Mark your calendar for that night, because there will be a special appearance from Kate Flannery of The Office. Kate is well known for playing Meredith Palmer on the show; an unapologetically chaotic Dunder Mifflin employee with a drinking problem and a penchant for reckless behavior.

If you'd like to meet actress Kate Flannery, she'll be there from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. before the first pitch, for meet & greets and autographs. You do have to purchase a special ticket package to be part of the meet & greet.

It's $52 and it comes with your Lugnuts ticket to the game, an exclusive meet & greet with Kate Flannery, and a signed headshot. Plus, there are only 100 of these special ticket opportunities available. So if you want yours, I'd act quickly!
